All refunds are processed into original payment method (via credit card).

Refund process might take up to 7 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on bank statement.

Returns should be made within a reasonable time and in the original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.

We offer a discounted return label and we will deduct the costs from the total refund.

Customers can choose to return the product on his own and must notify us by email (info@palmat.eu) the tracking number of his package.
